The simulations are derived from the product’s rules and are illustrative; a real installation’s behaviour depends on the policy pack and the tier. The comparison tables read public documentation as of October 2026; they are not benchmark claims. Regulatory mappings are an engineering reading, not legal advice.
Intellectual property
The Thulpar name, mark and site content belong to Abra Partners. Thulpar is not an open-source product. Open-source components on the site are subject to their own licences.
Access-coded documents
Access codes are issued to a person or an organisation and are not transferable. Downloaded PDFs carry the code’s label.
Liability
The site is provided as is. Abra Partners is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
