# Thulpar

> Thulpar is the security and guardrails layer for AI agents and LLM applications, by Abra Partners (Istanbul): a policy decision point, replaceable detectors evaluated on Turkish and English, a hash-chained evidence ledger and an approval inbox. It installs in front of any OpenAI-compatible model endpoint (gateway), any MCP tool server (proxy) and any application (check API), fully closed-circuit with zero runtime egress: on-premise, air-gapped, on Kubernetes, as a managed private instance in verified data centres in Türkiye, or embedded in the Aginies Platform (Thulpar is a standalone product; Aginies is one integration). Site languages: Turkish (/tr, default) and English (/en); every page exists in both.
