This website (thulpar.com) is operated by Abra Partners. This notice covers the website only; the Thulpar product itself runs on the organisation’s own infrastructure and sends no data to Abra Partners.
Data collected
The demo-request form: name, organisation, e-mail, role, interest, deployment preference, message and the country at the time of the request. In the access-coded part of the docs: login and PDF-download events (code label, deck, language, country, browser). The browser simulations send nothing; the text you type never leaves the page.
Purpose and basis
Form data is processed to answer your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, pre-contractual steps; GDPR Art. 6/1-b). The access log is kept to know which code opened shared documents (legitimate interest).
Retention
Form records are kept for 24 months, access logs for 12 months, then deleted. There are no accounts, cookie-based tracking or advertising technology. Your theme choice and access-code session live in your browser.
Third parties
The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting, the D1 database, optional Turnstile bot protection). Form notifications are relayed by e-mail. Data is transferred abroad only to the extent of these providers’ infrastructure.
